Featured Happy New Year Everyone!! I am looking for help on this bracelet

I just bought this piece at a thrift shop near me. It is 925 silver and was made in Israel. I am hoping someone could help me with a bit more information if possible like the age and if the design has any kind of meaning and or maybe a name behind the design. Thank you in advance and I sincerely appreciate all your help!

 

It was made after 1947.(LOL) I think it's older rather than newer based on the hallmark, but how much older is "older"? The hinge and clasp are still being used in the Middle East, so that's no help. Someone else might know more.

It's Hebrew.(LOL) I don't read any. It doesn't say Israel, but beyond that I don't know.

I think it is “for Bezalel” which means in the shadow [under the protection] of God. bezelel was the artisan of the ark and temple, I think
