Directly above the box where you write you reply, there are small icons. There is one that looks like a small chain link. Click that one to add a link

Well, then.
Go to FORUMS tab, click...
Pick a category, open it up, and you'll see up top... POST NEW THREAD.
Then click on that, and it'll take you to a blank thread form and you fill it out and post it!
