Unmarked UHL Pottery?

    This vase stands about 5 1/2" tall. Incised and filled in 8 mark on base.

    Hi kraftblue - I can't say for sure but I'm leaning towards no. I don't have experience with a large number of Uhl vases but I would expect the bottom to be glazed. I did go through my book but couldn't turn up this particular shape. There were a number of potteries that made pieces in this blue shade and telling them apart can be very difficult. Sorry I can't be of more help.
