I have a headache and I feel cross-eyed from trying to figure out this pattern and maker. It is so hard to look at the pics online and distinguish some things.

I am hoping someone will recognize the pattern I saw a few that look similar but it is hard to tell if they are exact Approx 5 1/2" tall x 7" wide and super sparkly

    Thank you in advance

This is newer; imported from the European area:
    Yugoslovia, Slovenia, Romania lead crystal.
May have been imported by one of the major companies. Such as Mikasa, Lenox, Gorham or someone like that.
    Decorative value.

This photo came up in a search for Imperlux crystal rose bowl. Goes from Pinterest to expired etsy listing:

    Nice bowl, gauntlett.
Most sites I found seem to agree Imperlux is German. I found one saying it was made in Poland, but that could just be a factory for the German Imperlux.

The Imperlux is similar but look at the fans, they're not quite the same.

This design has been cut for a long time with minor variations.

I found the imperlux ones during my search but mine do not have the cross hatchings. I could not find any like mine. I didn’t not use the keyword fan though as I couldn’t come up with a keyword to look.

I’ll try searching just a little more This one refracts so nicely.

Thank you all so much for your help!!

For new glass, that means lead crystal - which means European glass.
Something to remember for next time.

Is this a good thing or bad?

Means you can eliminate American glass makers. Means it is generally more current - as in post WWII.
Does not mean it is bad glass. It is often very pretty. The cut is nicer than the pressed. As you said it refracts light beautifully.
