Help Identifying Unusual Pendant

I found this very unusual pendant and was wondering if anyone knows who (or what) this is supposed to be and if anyone else is familiar with the maker J.T. BAL

Kachina. Mud head, by the look of it. Very nice.

 

You think so? Mudhead has the round eyes and mouth and no nose.

 

The fans throw me off the mud track...
Those are fans in the hands, right?

 

That's what I thought. Plus that necklace looking thing and the floral dress.

 

Proof of alien visitations?

 

I hate alien invasions. But Donald Trump is gonna build a wall.

 

As long as it's around one of his mansions and he's inside.

 

I've seen mudhead with those big eyes. The things in the hands are very familiar too.

As an aside, African or Far Eastern would be unlikely to say Sterling.

 

I wouldn't have expected a southwestern icon to have floral design.

 

To my eye, with the headdress, neckpiece, armbands & bracelets, wrapped torso, floral skirt, and those fans, looks like a weird stylized version of a Balinese fan dancer...

I tried googling images and didn't come up with any pendants because that was my first thought. Indonesian or Balinese dancer.

 

This brooch and this drawing from Bali were the closest I could find.
