I have an art pottery plate featuring the face of a woman. It is signed but I can't make it out and haven't had any luck searching the Internet with different takes on what I do make out in the signature. Does anyone know this potter? Thanks! sabpot (1).jpg sabpot.jpg sabpot (2).jpg

We always love to see artists that don't want anyone to know who they are. Why bother signing at all. :p
Someone may recognize it for you I hope.
Hurts my head to try and work that one out. :p
We recently had a quite a discussion about just that.

    GaleriaGila Hola, y'all!

    Not a clue here.

We do have a couple of 'signature whisperers' here who are able to read the unreadable... so... ya never know!

    EDIT
    I was gonna guess "rabbit"!!!

Hmmmm, shades of a craniectomy in that piece of art pottery.

Thank goodness the head was squeezed off the top and thus left plenty of room for an illegible "signature."

She has blonde hair so maybe it's a Scandinavian name.

You got me. It was the previous week or so about unintelligible signatures on some artwork. Sorry.
