Featured Glass bowl blown with applied crown rim

Does anyone want to take a stab at this one? The last time I went searching for the maker of a globby glass piece it turned out to be from West Virginia which is not that far from me. This time I'm going to try thinking local before I go thinking global as to the maker.

This bowl is round blue glass with applied yellow/amber rim with peaks making it crown or monteith like. It measures 9" diameter and about 4" high. No maker's marks. It has significant wear to the foot rim which looks very real.

I've not really found anything like it while searching but probably am not using good search terms so suggestions would be very appreciated

Rigaree didn't come to mind, and I do love it!

 

Rigaree didn't even occur to me! I usually think of it as something light and lovely while mine is more like big shark teeth .
