Marksmanship award?

Picked this up in a shop in Zurich. What might it be?

 

Swiss pistol event?

 

It is a Swiss pistol shooting group award, probably latter part of the 20th C.

 

Thought the crossed P08 and wheel lock looked cool.

 

I just like the idea of picking up something in a shop in Zurich.

 

Was there in '89 but.....
Met her in Paris...

 

I was there in 89.....I got a knife.....& went to a movie.....where all the men in the theater ....had long overcoats on...!!

 

Were these "overcoats alive"?

Went there because I was in Paris on biz, saw the whole Tower celebration, met her, TGV to Geneva, rental car to Lusanne, Interlaken to Innsbruck, Lichtenstein & Munich etc. and to Zurich to stay there with her Uncle overnight and back to Geneva to Paris.

well then......yes......they seemed to be.......I mean....there wasn't one guy eating popcorn....& I didn't see a drink in anyone's hand.....I didn't even SEE a hand !!!

& yes it was an adult movie theater ...just off the main drag.....I only found it because I had a couple of hours to kill before the last train back to the airport hotel , & I like to walk the streets of a town I'm unfamiliar with.....

 

Much to discover this way! Those who don't do so miss many things worth seeing.

 

I wore out my favorite pair of Regain boots walking the back streets of Europe.
