Votive Candle Holder. I have same, just darker. I like it.... so "beefy" , but I don't know about the maker, because bought it not new too. Mine has very scratchy bottom, because of weight.
EDIT: Oooops! You are right about Sommerso Vase, but I use it as Votive Candle Holder and with light inside it looks sooooo gorgeous!

 

Kardi, I'm finding a few that are claimed to be Flavio Poli Seguso Vetri D'Arte. None I can find have an original sticker or are signed. A seller on Esty based the claim on seeing several on-line with original stickers intact.

Hopefully I've been looking at the same shape. I'm getting alot of optical illusion from this glass, .
