Oblong glass dish with handles

    What type of dish is this?, A serving dish?
    Any idea of who made it, and are the design areas called cut glass, or something else? Thanks for your time.
    Measures approx 12 1/4" long, not including handles, and 8" wide, 3 1/2" high.

    This is known as a Centerpiece Bowl or a Floral Bowl. For setting in the middle of your dining room or other large table with flowers usually. I don't recognize the pattern right off, but I would try to search Libbey Rock Sharpe. Or wait for others who might know.
