Featured old vintage tailcoat mouring jacket

hi guys

found this in a fancy dress section, thought it was cool,

fits like a glove, think i could wear without raising to many eyebrows as well

would it be tailcoat or morning jacket, never seen one before that goes all the way down at the front, without tapering off

edwardian ?

any thoughts appreciated (sorry about pics)

May well have been bespoke. The slanted cuffs are unusual. Wool with silk lining?
