Age and info on ring, please :)

i'd say an engagement ring from the 40's or 50's..

Could be slightly later. The stones look cut to me, not chips.
The central diamond looks brilliant cut. It is illusion set to make it look bigger. The smaller stones are pavé set, in a row. Square, maybe a princess cut.

Maybe one of our American members knows the maker's mark.

 

The small square stones are channel set and not pave.
