    Is there some marking on the part in the second picture that sticks out from the rest? If so, can you get a much closer view (in focus too please?)

    It's not horribly old - I'd guess 90s or later. As to where, I'd guess Asia, but without being able to see the mark it's hard to be sure.

    I agree, not very old and most likely made in Asia somewhere, with that construction. My guess is Thailand. Nice bling though.
