Very reasonable TS find. Measures 15.5" by 20", canvas on stretchers. I think the yellow in the sky is discoloration rather than clouds. Do I dare try to remove it with water and vinegar ? Would you say European because of the top on the silo ?

Factory paintings usually have a signature that either mimics a known artist or is so hard to read it could be anyone so that doesn't help. I go with decorative art.

    Hi,
Do NOT use water and vinegar it will loosen the paint and later on start flaking off.
If you want to clean it use salvia. Put saliva on a Q-tip and gently wash a sq inch or so let it sit for a minute and then wipe it clean with a another Q-tip. This is what the MET in NYC taught us to do. NEVER use water since it can seep behind the gesso and start damage.

Thanks to all of you for your help. Didn't try to clean it ( I saw the vinegar & water on the internet).
It is hanging at the Antique Mall with a happy price on it. If I have some free time, I might look further for the signature.
Merry Christmas, Happy Channuka, and Best wishes for the New Year
