    Best wait for Aronson to id your pieces, then you know for sure what to look for. But you can browse the shop pages to get an idea of their prices.

    The right kind of repair on really good old pottery like this won't necessarily kill value... With staples, for example...

    I'd like to see that :)

    The museum answered me;
    Hey Charles, thanks for the photos. These are indeed antique objects, produced in the 18th century. The Dextra reference is because of the D, but we’re not sure that that is correct. Each of these objects have value, but the value is not great. At auction they would fetch between $50 & $150.
    Congratulations on your important work!
    I hope the information above is helpful.
    Kind regards, Robert Aronson.

    150+ years old & only worth $50 - $150 each?
    Guess it's ok to put on eBay - hoping they go for more!

    Very nice that they got back to you so quickly, and thanks for letting us know.
    Sorry the value isn't higher, maybe he is going by Dutch estimates? But at least you can put a date on them now.
    When I still went to auctions in the '90s, I remember seeing 18th century Delfts Blue sell for the equivalent of 10 euros sometimes. Many people here associate Delfts with the later Delfts souvenirs. Which can be very good quality btw, but it is not something Dutch people generally buy.

    Try a local upmarket auctioneer, see what they say.

    Hi,
    Last time I was in Denmark I saw a lot of 18th Century Delft going for under a 100 dollars. This was in a department store. This was in 2005.

    The family has had a wellknown antiques shop since the 19th century, they specialize in Delfts and delftware. The virtual museum is just a sideline, their way of providing more information on Delfts and delftware.
    Robert Aronson is an internationally recognized expert on 17th-18th century Delfts, other European ceramics, and Chinese porcelain. He is also a very nice guy, I've met him.

    Gimme a price for the lot with slow cheap shipping to Canada

    <edit>
    On second thoughts, shipping up to Canada would kill it. Make that price shipped to Seattle 98114 - much easier.

    If shipping is cheaper to Virginia - Blooey can have them shipped here and I'll send him some really nice photos of them.
