    GaleriaGila Hola, y'all!

How coolio are those? I can't wait to see if somebody has a definite identification!

    EDIT
What's the thing on the head on the far right? Looks like a turban or an Egyptian headdress, maybe, but I have an active imagination...

Are you sure they are carved from rock, and not pottery?

They look and feel like carved rocks but I may be mistaken. I can take a few high quality photos later.

I went ahead and updated the photos as promised. And to answer
Taupou, you are right, they are not rocks they are made some kind of clay pottery.

While they do look pre-Columbian, they may not necessarily be. Little pottery heads like this are often found in the Middle East, having been broken off their bodies over time. Some may not have had bodies in the first place. They were used as offerings during Roman times. I have some that came from Syria. Yours do look a bit different so could be from a Central/South American culture. I just don't necessarily know if they had similar practices. It might help for us to know size. The ones I am talking about from the Middle East are usually less than 1" diameter.

Looks like they are pre-columbian pottery. They look awfully familiar to these other I found on an online auction.
