Trying to find replacement Lense for Kilborn Sauer Nautical Oil Lamp

I'm trying to find a source for a replacement blue lense for a Kilborn Sauer nautical Oil Lamp. We had a pair of electrified lamps that sold, and the blue lense cracked during shipping. It is a curved piece of blue glass, with horizontal ridges on the outer surface. Here are some pics of the lamp with the blue lense visible (it actually appears more green when illuminated, but blue otherwise). Thank you! ... Dave

You might Google blue or blue-green Fresnel lens. There are a few of this color Fresnel lens on eBay, but are not cheap. I don't know if they would fit your light.

Well what do you know...
In my search for you I found something I've had since 1973 but didn't know what it was for the binnacle is missing.
Mine is painted black and it came off my first US Navy ship when they wanted to pitch it out!!!
I suspect it was painted black so it didn't reflect at sea as this one could.

Thanks Susan! The keyword "Fresnel" might be the key, when I looked on eBay yesterday I wasn't finding those. We are waiting for our customer to send us dimensions so we can tell what size we need.

 

I'm going to send you a bill for at least half the cost of what I found and want by doing this research!!!
