Need Help identifying a paper watermark

Hello, I need help in identifying a paper watermark, the mark looks like a cluster of grapes or a honey comb with two circles around it with some writing or markings in between the circles, also I am not sure of the age of the engraving, any ideas what it could be or who it could be by

 

It’s by French engraver artist Jean Baptiste Rigaud. Most of his work doesn’t seem to be hand coloured as yours is. Think there is this engraving in Rouen library.

 

The title is "Baptism or Blessing of the Galley".
