any guesses on the makers mark on the cameo?

 

With the back broken off the leaf then it just has craft/harvest/repair value which is very low. With no hardware on the back of the cameo I am afraid the same, JMHO

 

Same here. With no hardware those are "mess with Me"s. The cameo originally had a metal back that fit into the center depression; I have a few of them.

 

Here's a cameo like yours with the back plate still on but brooch findings broken off.

As the others said, two of them require a repair, which just isn't worth it, since there are no precious materials involved. As for the buckle, you can check ebay or Etsy for Art Deco style early plastic buckles.

The star on the back of the glass cameo is of no consequence to the value.
Sorry I don't have better news.
If you want to resell jewellery, it is best to buy quality pieces in good condition. And pieces people want to buy. You can check what has some value on the sites I mentioned.
