Italian jewelry box

    We have this she'll shaped pink stone jewelry box and we weren't sure if it is worth anything or not. No artist or company name other than a sticker that says made in Italy.

    Not sure of value as I didn't find a comparable, but it's up there on my Mid Century Modern Italian style meter. Very nice.

    Probably later than mid century. I'd say 1970s, Italian dyed alabaster.

    1960s onwards, we used to see them as souvenirs. That's a nice one.
