    GaleriaGila Hola, y'all!

I could take a shot at the design...
But... I think you are more than able to handle the art... no technology savvy here.

If I were in your position I think I'd sell the fabric as-is and buy an Aloha shirt online, might be cheaper?

It depends though I will look. :)
I like this fabric and I had one made before with Tonkas on it for when I did toy shows and it was a great deal.

    Hi Milt,
I LOVE Hawaiian shirts, wore them up until last year. My size grew and supply has dwindled. Now you have me thinking of raiding my closets. Put an ad in the local paper, there must be a lot of ladies who do custom sewing. My neighbor made me a few of my shirts, usually charged me 10 bucks if I supplied the fabric.

Ok, another expedient, something I'd do without worrying too much: Take another shirt with Aloha shirt-type cut. Cut pieces of material so they will fit over the old shirt and lie flat everywhere. Spray backsides of cut pieces one at a time with 3-M spray glue and apply each piece to old shirt. But first read glue directions since there are different ways to use it depending on how permanent you want the attachment. I luv spray glue!

    Now THAT'S an interesting idea!
I recently got 2 or 3 cans of the 3M heavy duty spray, not the 77, the better one.... FREE!
That's at least $50 or so. I've seen them for $30 a can now. :)

I made myself one years ago, but these days I generally just make quilts. I'll bet a local dry cleaner that offers tailoring would know someone.

Strangely enough, there are a slew of ladies (mostly) who make Hawaiian style shirts for Santa. All the gatherings I attend have hand-made shirts because Santa doesn't wear wool or flannel in the summer. You might check those sites on line and see if any of them would be willing to take your material and make a shirt. They already have the patterns.

Let me check with the New England Santa Society. I know a couple of the Mrs. Claus ladies make custom shirts to sell at our conventions.
