The prick inscription is from Norway. Any idea where the cup was made?

    Cyrillic, I suspect.

Not seeing any Cyrillic - on my phone, so the gyro won't let me flip the pic, but looks like the top mark is upside down, maybe 13-1/4 loth? The silversmith was most likely 'H. Flor', a Norwegian surname, though not particularly common. What does the inscription say? Can look through my meager references later...

    Eh, a 'remembrance/souvenir from Norway'...

Found this online - a photo from a booklet on the 125th anniversary of the Eikesdal Chapel in Nesset, founded in 1866, a bowl (collection plate?) with the same maker's mark, '13-1/4', and '1866'. Given the lack of complete Norwegian marks on both pieces, along with Nesset being a good distance from a city, suspect 'H. Flor' was probably from somewhere in that area - doubt I'll find him in the few old Norwegian references I have, but will check when I can...

Thanks Cheryl. I doubt if the maker really is of any import to the piece. I just thought perhaps it was made somewhere else, not remembering the loth system to decimal. Recently I have found a number of Norway maker items with hallmarks of other countries.
