Hi...was online last night and found this 3" in length "solid silver" they said, toast rack that I love.....I don't know my hallmarks, so am posting this pic to see if the "Wise Ones" can identify if any of them "say" sterling......I already have a silver plated one, a bit larger, but don't want another silver plated......asking price is $79........any ideas? The pic is from online and can't clear it up any more......Thanks SO much in advance!!!!!!:):):)

The British idea of 'toast,' is toasted bread. Need not be hot. Need not even be warm. To further stiffen the stuff, it is placed in a toast rack.

I do not much care for cold toast.

But I absolutely LOVE toast racks!

    Hi,
I love toast racks also but I use mine as a letter holder on my desk.

I have a nice little sterling tea service my Mom gave to me, but as I said the toast rack is plated and a little bigger......ergo the search for a smaller one! Maybe I'll post a pic of the service someday when I get it polished!!!! HATE to polish:grumpy::grumpy::grumpy::grumpy::grumpy:

Do you recall that wonderful toast rack I posted photos of a while back? Looked like lily pads. It didn't weigh much, but it sold for over £230 quid. For a friend, sadly. ;)
