I have some Life magazines that I would like to frame and hang on my wall. How would I go about protecting the cover from fading?

Hang them facing away from windows. Sunlight fades stuff.

There is U.V. Resistant glass you can inquire about.

Hi, Florescent light will also fade them (but not incandescent and LED). You can also get UV acrylic glazing (if you're concerned about glass breaking with kids and pets). Best Regards, Joe
