    Hi Terry,
Give the baby my best. When I was a bit younger my Mom bought a Saint Bernard who weighed 170 lbs. She broke her leg and I had to carry her up and down the steps to the yard. I thought my back was going to kill me. 10 steps up and ten steps down 10 times a day and twice at night not nice on a old man.

An e-mail from my sister to family -

"I was discussing Grandmothers names with a friend last night and mentioned the name of my greatgrandfather, Spafford Wayman Way. She sent this picture. I suspect that the genealogy workers in the family have seen it, but I don’t remember ever having seen a picture of him before. Is that Aunt Eva down by the wheel?"

I have no idea what the time frame would have been (I may have it written in my childhood bible, but I don't know where that is), but I think 1890s as Eva was the "little" sister.
I had never seen a photo of him either.

It is probably where her friend found it.

And I see that Eva was not the youngest sister.

That's cool, Messi, both to see the photo and have it identified.

I have photos of my great grandparents generation where I don't know who anyone is, and there's no one left to identify them. Makes me a little sad!

NOT an antique, but a Christmas photo sent to my late FIL in DEC 1944, while he was overseas during WWII. It's a photo of his eight cousins, all brothers and sisters:

She hasn't had morphine since last week. The last couple days we let her out of solitary when we could keep an eye on her. We have to watch that the big boys don't mess with her or she tries to jump up on stuff.

She has been seen scratching herself with the bum leg. She jumped onto a chair. Not too much of a limp. Lost a lot of weight.

Just ran across a relative on facebook that has many family pictures I have never seen. This is my Grandmother on my father's side with her parents in 1907. She died in 1946, so before I was born and I have seen few photos of her.

    This is her wedding picture.
