    That center decoration appears to be added, in rather an amateur manner, to pattern. 1970s. Zodiac constellation good guess. Saggitareus fits.

    I never thought of constellations but when I was digging this out of the warehouse, I found quite a few framed 'maps' of the constellations. Thanks so much!
