need help on - possibly Asian old porcelain piece

I think it is totally inacceptable to call members of this forum that offer their experience and opinions for free "trolls", just because they do not have the same opinion as you have!
For all who are really interested in learning more, I show here two nearly identical examples that were made by "De porceleyne Schotel", an 18th c workshop from Delft: http://risdmuseum.org/art_design/objects/5289_tea_caddy ; https://www.auktionshaus-stahl.de/katalog-archiv.php?detail=65130&katalog=16 . As there are some differences in quality and colour, and the mark on the piece that is discussed here is not that of "De porceleyne Schotel" ( see here: http://www.delftsaardewerk.nl/keys/view/ivduijn/1 ), I would think that it is a likely later copy of that model.

Eh, though it seems to be ignored by you, looks like Janetjohn has given a bit of a lead on the mark with her link to a Dutch site, though still an 'unknown', it's noted as appearing on faience. You apparently have a different opinion on this piece, which you don't really wish to make clear at this time, but after your dismissive and now rather unpleasant responses, suspect few would even care at this point...

Wow. We're all friendly on this board and when you ask, people tell you what they think. There's no need to be rude and insulting. If all you are looking for is someone to agree with you, why post the question? I've been collecting pottery and porcelain for decades. I've never seen a Japanese or Chinese mark with English alphabet. The construction of the piece looks, in my experience, Continental. You don't have to agree with me, but that is what you asked and that's my answer. I'm not sure what you meant by "point a finger." I looked at your image and that's what I see.

I am not sure that others will consider your apology sincere. You may have trouble with other "discussions". I do not care how many "tests" that you paid for. The item is NOT porcelain or even Asian. There are very many experts on this board that offer their ideas for FREE. If you had to pay for the item to be appraised you would consider the time spent here as fruitful. Your comments did not come across the board as much as your hostility. A great many people here were berated by a troll on the old boards thus the new board was started.

No one could tell you what it was and you would be grateful if someone could help. When we tried to help, you are sarcastic and insistent that you do know what it is and we are all wrong. Huh? Either you didn't know and you accept suggestions or you think you do know and you don't need any help. Which is it?

The real expert on Asian pottery and ceramic marks is Jan-Erik Nilsson from Sweden. Everyone turns to him for help. If you are so certain it's Asian, research his website. You can even contact him for information.
