Are these beads natural aventurine?

    I'm planning to list this "beggar beads" necklace on eBay and am not sure what to call the beads. Are they natural aventurine, dyed quartz??? I know they don't have much value, but the necklace looks vintage -- like the India imports I used to see in the '70s in Pier 1 stores.

    Yes, they look like aventurine to me. They are traditional Indian, with those wound 'gold'wire spacers. Very nice.
