The vase is 14 1/2" tall with hand painted decorations. Thank you!

Beautiful! My first thought with the blue at the top it would be British and then European, but haven't found anything.
    I'll keep looking:)

    Hi,
Again, there is NO green jealous emoticon. I absolutely love love your vase. I usually prefer my Vaseline pure and simple but yours is stunning.

    Hi,
Bev may be right. Is this light green or a yellow green? If it is green it is not Vaseline. It appears to be yellow green on my monitor but Mill Cove has the answer.

It's probably English or French. Also, look into New England Glass.

The photographs do make it look greenish. If I put it next to old green glass, this is more yellow and pale. It definitely isn't that brighter, yellow Vaseline color, much more subdued. Is there something in between the two?

Susan, thank you for that link. I had contacted him a few years ago about another piece I have. He was very nice and very helpful. I should contact him again about this piece. I completely forgot about his site. Another senior moment?

I flipped through the Picture Book of Vaseline Glass by Sue Davis, and I didn't see your vase. There were a couple of vases that included blue casing, one attributed to Sandwich, and one attributed to Tiffin. Both of their blue details appeared much darker than yours, though.

Unfortunately, 90% of the photos shown in the book are taken with UV / blacklight, so I had to look for shape instead of color. There were other JIP vases shown, but none this tall or delicate.

Just getting back on the boards, crazy day today. Thank you for looking unclechuck.

Clutteredcloset, Moser was not even on my radar. The Ruby Lane vase is gorgeous and the top is similar. The google link made me drool. :joyful: No emoji for that. I'm off to do more Moser/Bohemian searching.
