Anyone know what kind of blue glass bowl this is?

    The rough pontil makes me think its newer Asian ,but Im no expert .

    I looked around the internet and I think it might be Bischoff Glass. Some don't have the controlled bubbles, but seem to be the same shape and have the pontil scar on the bottom.
