Try resizing your pictures to about 1000 pixels across, saving them, then using the board 'upload a file' function. (beside 'Post Reply') Select full image.

I cannot see any marks in your detail pictures. Except the last one which seems to have just appeared. Cropping that to just the marks would reduce the file size.

Welcome to the forum! It is a lovely box.

As afantiques said, it would be a big help to those who might have help for you if your pics were resized so they could actually appear here in a message rather than having to click on links and trying to make them comfortably view-able. For me yours pics are either too small or way to big when clicked to view on my iPad. Also many people will not click on links. I myself am apprehensive to click on unknown links.

I have taken the liberty of resizing your pics so that they can appear in this thread. All your pics were dimension-wise in size 3264px wide X 2448px height. Their size weight-wise ranged from 849.85 KB + 870.244 bytes, 1.20 MB = 1,259.045 bytes to 1.88 MB = 1,972,403 bytes. After cropping and resizing them they are all now
    500 to 550px wide X 250 to 550px height dimension-wise and weight-wise:
    1. 17 KB = 16,959 bytes
    2. 26 KB = 26,288 bytes
    3. 47 KB = 48,100 bytes
    4. 36 KB = 36,087 bytes
    5. 12 KB = 12,279 bytes

Yes, several French provinces used crowned Ts, but I haven't found this exact crowned T in Tardy's International Hallmarks on Silver for any of the French provinces/communities/towns. Those I found in Tardy that used a crowned T were:
    Angers in 1742
    Dunkirk in 1780
    Issoire in the 17th century
    La Mans, Tours in 1698
    Nantes in 1744
Paris, mark of the Maison Commune in 1735
    Rennes in 1732, 1776
    Toulon in late 18th century

Crowned Ts were also early on used by Belgium in the 1600s, and no doubt by other countries. I just don't think this box is as old as the 1600s and 1700s. There are others more knowledgeable on continental silver than I am. Hopefully they will chime in later today. Some of the people only check in a couple of times a week sooooo it may take a few days for any help.

This is gold and not silver or silver plate.
A mark of 750 indicates 18K. I believe the 765 mark indicates higher. The crown would be an indication of gold.
I would think the scratched 8213 and initials would be a jewelers repair mark much like they do with watches.
    European origin.

Sorry I'm late for work and don't have time to pursue this further for you.

I don't think this is early 18thC. The style is French from 50 years later. The manufacture could easily be late 19th or 20th C. I don't recognize the monogram, which is particularly weakly done.

It appears to be Cyrillic. (Russian) . The letters are KK.

I don't doubt that the initials are Cyrillic. OP's photos are on a Russian site and this could easily be a Russian box. The monogram doesn't look like anything I've seen associated with the tsars, but then the ruling family had a lock on neither monograms nor wealth. This could be anyone's monogram. Maybe not quite anyone's. It's not mine.

It really looks like cyrillic letters "П"- P, like Peter - Пётр.
