Can anyone confirm this is the EAPG Cane Pattern?

I think it's the cane pattern. The hobnails on the bottom seem to be higher than other pieces I've had with hobnails. I'm not sure if it is a butter or cheese dish. It's 7 1/4" wide and the inside lip for the dome is 4 1/8". Is there a way to tell which company made this? Thank you.
