    Na, Blarney is not :)
Will take better pics in the morning. By the way, that is a pocket on the side.

Looks like a studio artist take off on one those wine bottles where you put the ice in an outside opening into a pocket. That way you do not dilute the wine. For some reason I like it.

Hi Kard - I'm not quite sure why you've ruled out Blarney Glass. It looks like one of the labels and they did make similar art glass vases.

Maybe I should not have ruled it out that fast. I have never heard of or seen Blarney pieces but after Johnny suggestion, I google it and found only paperweights and figurines. All with paper labels ' Blarney/ Glass /Collectibles/ Made In Ireland'. The labels look similar but smaller than mine and there are four rows. Unless they used different labels. The company is not that old, is it? But I thought, on mine label, it may read Ireland on the third row.
Dgbjwc, if you have links with vases by Blarney, it would be nice to take a look.

    Yay! Mission accomplished!
But still, what the heck does that label say?
Nothing at that link included any words that would explain the label, did it?

It still may be Blarney. From what I was able to learn they are a distributor not a manufacturer themselves. Blaney may have bought the vase from the czechs, slapped their label on and resold. I was planning to try to do more research but hadn't gotten back to it yet.
