Metal necklace signage ID

    This is somewhat old coloufull necklace that has an imprint on the back of central medallion. If anyone can decipher, I'd appreciate it.

    I don't recognize the mark. Is it rhinestone? There's a GSM in Rhode Island, but they're jewelry metals jobbers; I don't think they have their own brand.
