Featured Unusual medallion, possibly Scottish

I’m doing a cull of my numismatic collection, and wonder if anyone knows what this is? Acquired at a car boot some years ago, here in Edinburgh.

Looks part Chi Rho done with a Sumerian stylus-is it ceramic ?

 

I thought it was either a miniature shower head, or a miniature hair dryer.
Showing my age? Nah.

At first sight, I thought it was a cookie,,,

 

Ditto ! Occasionally I'll check out 'doll house miniatures' on Ebay,some of which are extraordinary.

 

I don't see the shower head. I was wondering if it might be runic?

 

I see an I, an M and an H, and a smaller c and o along the I central axis. So not runic imo.

 

I'm seeing an M, an A, a J and smaller C

 

Looks like the J has a shorter curve to the right, it looks partly worn. That is why I thought of an I (old fashioned flamboyant style).

What you see as a loop on the M looks like a separate o to me.
