100% Hand Painted or Hand Tinted Over an Image

I do not own this. But, it is excellent. They are selling it as a hand painted portrait. It's so perfect, I believe it's an image on porcelain that was hand tinted. What do you think?



On the same page. I bought this years ago, and thought it was hand tinted, and it turned out to be completely hand painted. Which I still find hard to believe. But, my wife took it apart and it was fully hand painted. This is gorgeous.

Lovely - miniatures just don't bring the money they used to.
