Pop Art Acrylic Signed Ross

It's not the typical art I find locally. I like it though. I couldn't find anything about the artist. Any help is appreciated.

The address on the back of the picture is in Arkansas.(It's 523 Dalton Ave, Cotter, AR 72626.) There is a ROSS family living at that address: James A. Ross, 86, and Mary Lou Ross, 84.

A bit of looking around shows that they have a son in town, tho at a different address: Joseph A. Ross, age 55, whose wife (presumably) is Joy Diane Ross, age 54.

There is apparently a grandchild who has occasionally used the Dalton Ave address: Cameron E. Ross, 32. Also listed as a family member is Ashley Ross, also 32, altho whether she is Cameron's wife or twin sister is unclear. (Both were born in DEC 1983.) Ashley may live in Ohio.

I found little info about the occupations of the Ross family members. James & Cameron are both church deacons in Cotter, and Cameron was a political science major at Harding University. The only one with any connection to "art" is Ashley, who is apparently a tattoo artist and freelance artist. I didn't see any of her work online, however, except for a few tattoos.
