The subject of this query attracted me, "Semi Fakes." Seems like something is either fake or not fake. Like someone is either pregnant or not pregnant. "Kinda" like someone is semi-pregnant! Sorry, couldn't resist it. ;) ;) ;)

Wellllllllllllllll, Lady... I made up the term to sit somewhere between authenticity and completely deceptive purposeful fakery. Kinda like they don't out-and-out claim authenticity but just imply it, with layers of deniability.
Hey, I make up lots of English words and phrases, or so I'm told! :)

Lefton, it is interesting that the review stuck with the relisted item.
    Good work!
It appears that the item in question has a "write a review" button included in the listing; but many other items don't have such a button.
Is that an option that the seller selects?
I suspect there are others here who might be interested in writing similar reviews for....say, fake native art......if there were some way to cause that button to appear on listings that don't have it. But if it is a seller option I guess that wouldn't work.
    Too bad.....

Could be a seller option. I don't know. I was kind of thinking (speculating) maybe something ebay attached to the listing of new sellers or those with low feedback numbers (if they met certain criteria). I was thinking surely if that seller controlled having or not having reviews (especially one like mine) that it would have disappeared in the re-listing. But because it did not disappear I wonder if ebay controls them? But as mentioned I could find no other info on ebay about it.

I can't ASK (on the ebay boards) about it either because that just might cause some smart ass trouble maker, similar to me, to see if I had left a review and report mine, and I am not willing to take that chance.

Believe me, I raised enough hell on ebay for one day today.

There's a setting in Site Preferences that lets a seller opt out of having ratings in their listings.
