Hello everyone - Does anyone recognize this little terrier? He stands 7 1/4" tall. Not the best made piece of pottery - there are several glaze skips. He's a little more of an aqua shade than the pictures show.
Any help figuring out who made him would be much appreciated. Thanks!
    Don

Post WWII, the Japanese factories, among other things, produced an endless parade of meretricious china dogs and cats. They were usually small fit-in-the-palm-of-the-hand size, or very tiny.

Some of them came out with expressions much like that of your Scottie. LOL! I collected them for a while. :)
