Painted on a thick kind of material found back in my storage . Anybody any idea made where and maybe artists working in this style of the artist ? Thanks

Is she chained/bound? Is that a padlock hanging from her wrist? And that freaky smile like she’s waiting for milk and cookies..

Yes Nederland from the windmills en tulips and much more we would not name today But people travel so could be from anywhere and taken to here .
