Hubby helped me make a truckload of donations to the shelter where we adopted our three kitties. They have an upscale (they try) thrift shop. These were in the case all the way in the back, easy to miss. Marked MMA 585 TBM (I know what two out of three mean, stumped on TBM.) Cats eye moonstone and pearls, $75. The only other picture found on the internet yields no info (they aren't anywhere on the website.) Love the moonstone/pearl combo, two out of three of my birthstones.

Real gold with Met markings, in the original box? Bingo! Most of their stuff is costume or sterling; real gold is rare, and from what few I could find you got the deal of the week. I don't think they even sell it any more - no takers.

Pretty little mirror. The shoe is a cutie; it wouldn't be hard to put a pincushion back in there.

Or an attempt to make something that looks like one. I'd put a flower pot inside and use it to hand out Halloween candy.

Maybe a year ago I found a prosthetic arm at an estate sale. I had a hunch that it would sell at my antique mall, and I was right. I sold it for about 4x what I paid, so a good return.

I'll hafta think how I could label this one, but it'll sell too.

I got these 5 MOP boxes from the last clearance.

    The largest has a lock

Don't know if they are Egyptian or Moroccan, old or new, tourist souvenirs.

Hard to date, I suppose, some are quite pricey even used on the net.

    I might keep them.

    Largest is 10 x 6 x 3 inches
