    That makes it an old print; Konigsberg was in East Prussia, and is now Kaliningrad in Russia. That happened in 1919 if memory serves. (long story of Teutonic Knights and a land grab omitted)

    What can you say about the drawing itself and the inscriptions? Does it look like the 17th century in style?
    Who could be the author? What language is the signature in?

    I think better contrast and sharper photos of all writing are called for. :watching:
