Featured Help ID artist print?

Hello and thanks for looking, wondering if someone has any input on who the artist might be? artwork measures 11" x 13" found in new jersey.

 

the artist likes ..hey diddle diddle..

 

Oh my goodness - so many things going on with that print! And then there is the Dr. Seuss Cat in the Hat!

 

And the Desert Rose plate.

Looks like a mixed media assemblage,then the finished piece was color xeroxed.
Not sure an expensive piece would've been shrink wrapped on foamcore.
This artist may be easy to find w/ Google (or not).
According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (2023) there are 2.67 million artists in the workforce/in the UK (2024 2nd qtr) there are 50,700 working artists.
If not a prominent well-listed artist,identifying an individual can be tough.
Our members @Debora and Roaring20s are extremely good at tracking down needles in haystacks.
PS-Our resident statisticians & actuarials may be able to refine the above percentage numbers,so just to cover my butt-there's a ton of 'artists' in the US & UK !

 

A print made from a collage. I had a look around but came up empty. I would expect to find someone confident enough to sell 239 print copies of this particular piece!

 

Long shot but given the collage elements and the possible interpretation of the monogram as 'BB' it might be worth researching Bianca Berends.

 

Interesting idea. Very much her style but Berends appears to sign with her full name.
