Featured 18th century Georgian silver gravy/sauce boat?

    I am not sure about these marks. I always thought impressed star was Italian but there are a panther/lion head with crowns and the other side is crest that looks familiar to me but I am going on 2 days with little sleep. Could it be Irish? This piece measures 4 inches in height to top of handle and approx. 7.75 inches from handle to spout. Thanks for looking. I am going to have a cocktail then hopefully SLEEP!     Yes there is three of the elements; star, leopard/panther and lion. It feels heavy and did not feel like sterling but I had never seen these marks before. Thank you for the link!
