Small bronze dog ID Russian?

    Does anyone have any information on this small bronze?

    Sorry mate-all idiotic Lens gives me is Napoleon III.I'm no expert,but I like you-would imagine this was the image of a Romanov '1899'.

    All-Russia industrial and art exhibition 1896 in Nizhny Novgorod was held from May 28 (June 9 N.S.) till October 1 (13 N.S.), 1896.

    That looks like a rendition of an exposition medal. The obverse does look like Nicholas II, but I don't see that reverse. It was not unusual for a company that was awarded such a medal to subsequently depict it on their products.
