    Good morning,
I wonder if you can help me identify the makers mark on the below earrings. It reads like a CM or GM in a circle, or it can be my imagination, lol.
What style would you say they are and how old?
The green stone, feels like glass to me, what is your take on it?
    Thank you.
    Kind regards,
    Simona
P.S. Bought them as sterling silver, I have a feeling they are not, I have to test them.

I suspect that’s the maker of the clip fitting, rather than the earrings. Looks like Czech glass.

    Thank you so much.
I bought them because they look like an Egyptian design to me, but now I am confused. Are these Niger type earrings?
Anything to read on, I would be very grateful.
    Thank you.

I don't see Egyptian style or Neiger characteristics. And during their time clip backs were not used.

They’re much later than Neiger, post war.

There were clip backs from the mid-30s onward, but there is no way these earrings are Neiger, much too modern.
I don't see Egyptian Revival either.

They are costume jewellery from the second half of the 20th century. A fun design but the execution is a bit sloppy, with ill-fitting cabs and a blob of glue.
Sometimes jewellery simply is what it looks like, and it is there to be enjoyed without a great name or attached to it.;) So if you like them, enjoy wearing them.:)

That looks right. From an etsy.com listing:

"History: Giuliano Fratti, based in Milan, between 1930 and 1940 produced buttons, belts and buckles.
During 1940 - 1945 the company switched to the production of fashion jewelry.
In 1950 Giuliano arrived in New York with a collection of his own creations inspired by his travels to exotic locations.
In 1954 he designed and made jewelry for DIOR.
He was recognized and worked also for CHANEL, Couture Houses of Worth and later for Pierre Cardin."
