Interesting Cloisonne Marking, Having Trouble Identifying

    I know that this piece is chinese, I just have no idea about the marking. Attached is a picture. Thanks for any help.

    The lower body center design technique is called Champlevé. I don't think the pair are antique, probably, 1950s-1970s.
