Qianlong marked large vase?

Hello, my grandmother has what seems to be a Qianlong marked large vase that I was curious to get maybe some more information on. It is pretty heavy but I wanted to see if it maybe was a reproduction or an original piece. My grandmother doesn't know much about it at all other than she liked it haha.
