Featured Id help: Bone? Sheffield spoons

Its very long time ago that i've been here, so i hope you are dooing all well
I need your help with this marmalede? spoons.

The spoons have a boon handle. One has a bit darker area on it so is it possible to clean the handle without damaging it?
The handle is marked. I can see its is sheffield silver hallmarked but i cant figure out the date latter and the makers mark. Is it an I and Ac? Could you please help to figure out the age and the manufacturer?

 

It looks like the Sheffield marks for 1901

Maker's mark looks like HG to me. For Sheffield I'm only finding a Henry Griffith & Sons, but the marks shown for them are all HG&S

No idea. I'm terrible at identifying materials

 

I'd be willing to bet that your handles are bone, and only the marked "collars" are silver. The serving ends of pieces like this were usually plated, especially with illegible marks like that.
