Hi, I'm new here and have these from my childhood (when my parents use to go to Antique stores). So I've had them for over 30 years, and I'm sure they're MUCH older than me! :) Do you know the worth on any of these items? I want to sell them, so I'm interested in how to price them or where I can find prices for them. Thanks in advance!

We typically refer people to eBay Sold listings to get an idea of where collector interest lies. For instance, you can do a search for "vintage mother of pearl button" and see what similars to yours realized.

A Google Lens search will help you identify what you have (if you don't already know.)

Thank you, Debora! I will check those 2 out, because I have no idea what I have!

Besides eBay, do you recommend any other sites to sell stuff like this on? I know locally - OfferUp, FB Marketplace, and Craigslist, but I'm guessing they won't be the best for older stuff.

With some exceptions... It's always best to sell on the venue with the widest reach. That would be eBay. If you create a thread for each of your three lots in the correct forum, I'm sure members here would help you identify what you have. I would think the best way to sell them would be in lots of likes. You'll want to make sure first that nothing you have is of greater rarity or value then the others. Your mother of pearl buttons appear to be Filipino.

Great tips! What forum(s) on here would you recommend for mother of pearl and the metal buttons? I believe one of the mother of pearls is worth something, and I want to take your advice and make sure there aren't greater rarity before posting on eBay!

    Thanks again!

It seems the Textiles, Needle Arts, Clothing forum is used for buttons. You'll want to create three threads so it's easier for members to review and answer.
